Alice Gruber practices exclusively in US immigration and nationality law and represents clients across the US and around the world. Since beginning practice in this area in 1995, she has represented a varied range of clients including large publicly traded corporations, small businesses, and individuals in fields including oil & gas, IT, engineering, teaching, accounting, medicine, professional sports, the arts, etc.
She has assisted foreign nationals with obtaining nonimmigrant status, legal permanent residence, family-based visas, US citizenship, and a wide variety of other immigration-related issues. For the first 10 years of her career, she worked mainly for a large immigration boutique law firm. In 2006, she began her own practice as a solo attorney.
